Unprofessional & inferior service response
I bought an air ticket from Singapore to Yangon on 24 Mar 2023. There were four emails with two different booking reference sent by Mai Air & their payment counterpart to me on 24 Mar 2023, between 1212hrs to 1428hrs. The option cancellation email was the last… See more one that came in on 24 Mar 2023, 1428hrs. As a consumer, I am confused with the content, booking ID difference etc. Hence, I had wrote to Mai Air on 24 Mar 2023, 1545hrs & 1811hrs respectively to clarify (not to assume) on this matter. The flight departure date was on 28 Mar 2023. There was no response from Mai Air from 24 Mar 2023 to 29 Mar 2023, Mai Air first response came on 30 Mar 2023 two days after the flight departure date. When I demand for refund, Mai Air simply use the term & condition of the air ticket upon me. The confusion, slow email response and lack of clarity were never part of their mistake. Re-CONSIDER & think TWICE!!! If you want to buy air ticket from Mai Air.

Everything was excellent
Simple but good service for cheap flight. Simple food and drinks icluding alcohol are included. All paper forms were issued on board for filling out

Superb
Fantastic, unknown airline to me. Good communication, on time, great service On an affordable trip to almost 3 hours we had delicious lunch, drinks, alcohol and even a newspaper. i have had nice experience. Flight was ok checked in baggage included in the basic price, boarding was ok, some snacks were provided so it was ok for me ;-)

Unfriendly service
Took the direct flight to Myanmar. Cabin crews no smiley face welcome when boarding or aligning. They understand very minimal English. Only more friendlier to the locals. Cabin food is salty n local food. Not very appetizing.

Vacation
Today we had our flight to Yangoon. Very good organised. Nice real coffee machine after check-in. The flight was delayed and no notice of that but we had a holiday and were very relaxed. Nice small bite and a drink during the 45 minutes flight. So hard work… See more for the stewadesses! The nice thing of an flight within the country is that everything goes very quick after landing. Only chaos with taxis and pick-up cars after leaving the airport........
