No one answers email or calls.
This Airline is the absolute worst my family has ever dealt with. We habe sent several emails, called and we could never get through to anyone since March 2020. My Aunt has tried to return home and the airline has not given her,, her new airline ticket to… See more return home. She is scheduled to fly home on December 1st, 2020. She received a call from someone at laser, telling her they would email her the new tickets. They never responded nor did they ever send her any ticket. This airline sucks. I can only hope they go out of business. I am half Venezuelan, but, with their current Government, I will never again return to this Country.

I hope the maintenance department works better than their sales. They sold me a ticket and let me check in even though there are travel restrictions for my country of residence to fly to Venezuela and they wouldn't tell me until it was time to board. So I flew… See more from Miami to Panama to board their plane to Caracas and they bounced me off making me waste $1,500 on a day trip to Panama. If you are going to sell a ticket and know the passport country at the very least notify your customers if there are restrictions before they commit. Just very poorly managed airline.

Travelling Pleasure

Slow check in process
Waited 2 hours in line just to check in our luggage. Thank goodness we came 4 hours before our flight because the immigration process took another hour. Perhaps some changes to processes could be made - all passengers were required to confirm their itinerary… See more and print their boarding passes with 2 ladies which was the bottleneck. After getting our boarding passes, we walked over to 5 open counters with bored-looking staff for baggage check in. More staff should have been allocated to the boarding pass printing counter. The flight itself was fine. Nothing to complain about. Flight attendants were friendly. Probably could have served us more rum to prepare us for the party in Miami 🥳🥳🥳🥳
