FlyKhiva is a privately owned Uzbek airline founded in 2021 and headquartered in Tashkent. It forms part of FlyKhiva Group and received its air operator’s certificate before beginning commercial operations in 2024. Tashkent International Airport is FlyKhiva’s principal operating base and the center of its cargo activity.
