Denied boarding involuntarily on irrelevant reasons
I have a complaint against FlyArystan on denying us boarding involuntarily on irrelevant grounds. We are family of four (including 2 small children), Indian nationals and we are residing in United Arab Emirates (UAE). According to law, it is visa free for UAE… See more residents to enter Uzbekistan. Despite submitting all the required documents at the check in, FlyArystan denied us boarding. He told us that we could only enter to Uzbekistan if we have Uzbekistan e-visa. This was straight up false as the rule states UAE residency visa holders with a validity of 90 days can travel visa free of charge as per Uzbekistan. We took a leap of faith and rebooked with Uzbekistan Airlines. The fact that we boarded on the same day from same airport to Uzbekistan is the main proof that your airlines denied our boarding on irrelevant reasons. We wrote to FlyArystan customer service for compensation and they are denying their mistake by giving irrelevant reasons that keeps on changing.

Dont fly with flyarystan

Overpriced!!! And bad customer service!
I took this airline when I flew in from LA to visit my grandma in the north Kazakhstan, I usually fly with Air Astana when I come visit. This was my first time flying with FlyArystan and I ended up paying double the ticket at the gate because of some baggage… See more weight (and I already paid for it when I booked the flight) so so unprofessional!!! And very bad NON EXISTENT customer service! It is aweful! You literally have to figure everything out somehow yourself electronically so what is even the point to have people working at the desk? So confusing and just flat out bad! Very bad airline, shady and you don’t know what to expect until you get there: they don’t value their customers for sure so if you can fly with ANY other airline please do. Safe yourself from bad customer service, uncomfortable seats and VERY overpriced hidden strange fees. Such a rip off. Do not fly with them.

A terrible airline to be chosen only in the absense of other options
I fly with this airline because my parents live in a remote area - Kostanay, where no other airline can reach. This airline is an extreme example of the worst possible service you could get. The policies are inflexible, I have lost my money on their voucher… See more program since they open flight bookings only for the 4 upcoming months and my voucher expiration date was before the date I need to fly. On the flight, it was very poor service. Would never recommend anyone to deal with them.

Poor mobile app functionality, poor service support
App is limited infunctionality, also have some bugs and i was not able to finalize my check-in and ofload boarding pass, not information on why it was happening. The best price for flight from Almaty
I had a flight from Almaty to Yerevan on 27 of June. This was a new direction for Fly Arystan and I was happy cause all other options to come to Armenia were more expensive. My flight cost only 80$ + 25$ for a baggage. I know this airlines as a good one cause… See more I had many trips before around Kazakhstan and once to Dubai. The planes are clean, comfortable. Stuff is nice and polite. The only one bad thing happened, my flight was delayed from 11 am to 7 pm, they send me sms about it. I had only 3 days in Armenia so I was sad that the first day I needed to stay in Kazakhstan. But now I find out that they cancelled the flight to Yerevan from Almaty, and there is only flight from Aktau. It’s a pity! It was so convenient flight, could you consider the possibility of departure from Almaty again?
