Great flight to and from Bali. On time both ways. However we didnt get a notification that the return flight had been brought forward by 2 hours.

Very bad experience
They shifted my flight schedule from evening to morning! And they said there's only one flight that day...so inconvenient would not recommend this plane at all

Terrible service and no communication
We bought tickets to go to Labuan Bajo and Citlink moved the flight up 3 hours without telling me or my 3 other passengers. When we went to the citilink desk, there were 10 other passengers besides us that this had happened too. Ladies behind the desk did… See more little to no effort to find out why this happened or to resolve the issue. Absolutely terrible service and do NOT recommend!

Poor communication and unprofessional behavior by the staff
When I wanted to board the plane at DPS I was informed by the staff that due to a new policy, masks are now required on board their flights. I was sent to a shop to buy some facial masks and then had to queue again in order to board the flight. This new policy… See more was not communicated before at any point in time. When I complained about this the staff just ignored me which shows the lack of care for their customers...

Terrible airline
Flight was delayed twice and we were sent to the wrong terminal twice. No communication at all. Sketchy plane trip would not recommend at all.

canceled flight by Citilink
DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHT WITH CITILINK. If they cancel your flight, you do not get a refund and they frustrate all your attempts to reach them. Our flight was canceled bij Citilink. Edreams tried to contact Citilink about a refund without any succes. Later on… See more we have tried to contact them through email and Whatsapp., ofcourse also without any succes. They read (mailtrack) your emails but do not answer. If you use the chat or whatsapp they act as if they do not understand (anything) your problem and say you have to contact someone else. Really strange for a daughter organisation of Garuda.
