About Dniproavia
Dniproavia was a Ukrainian scheduled airline based in Dnipro. Its origins were associated with the city’s long-established aviation operations, while the carrier took shape as a distinct airline during the post-Soviet restructuring of Ukrainian civil aviation. It later came under private ownership and operated under the Dniproavia name until ceasing flight operations, so it should be regarded as a former carrier rather than a currently bookable airline.
The airline’s network centred on Dnipro, with Kyiv also serving as an important departure point. Its 16 routes covered nine destinations in four countries, combining domestic links among Kyiv, Dnipro, Donetsk, Ivano-Frankovsk, Lviv, Odesa and Simferopol with international services including Moscow and Vienna. This network primarily addressed regional, business and connecting demand within Ukraine and nearby European markets.
Aircraft associated with Dniproavia included the Airbus A320, Boeing 737, Embraer ERJ-145 regional jet and Fokker 100. The smaller Embraer aircraft suited thinner regional sectors, while the larger narrow-body types could serve busier domestic and international routes. Cabin arrangements and onboard amenities varied by aircraft and operating period, with the airline generally providing conventional scheduled-airline service rather than a uniform contemporary cabin product.
Dniproavia was not a member of Star Alliance, SkyTeam or Oneworld. It did, however, cooperate with other airlines at different stages of its history, helping passengers make connections beyond its own limited network. There is no confidently identifiable standalone Dniproavia frequent-flyer programme that remains relevant or active, and travellers cannot currently earn or redeem loyalty benefits on flights operated under the carrier’s name.

Pretty ok
A flight was quite ordinary. The seats were not extra comfortable, though. However, they fed us with a sandwich which was better than some other airlines have. The staff were quite polite but nothing special or any warm smiles/assistance.

Bucharest - Kiev Flight
Before coming Dniproavia to the air transportation market there were no straight flights from Bucharest to Kiev. Dniproavia made it fast, easy and comparably cheap to get to Ukrainian capital form Bucharest. When I first found down about Dniproavia I looked… See more forward to flying with it. At the moment when they started to sell tickets the price for flights was the same as for the train ticket Bucharest-Kiev. But the difference is that by train it's 27 h to get to Kiev and by plane just 1h 40 min. I've bought 3 round trips with this company. When flying firs time in May 2017 big sandwich and drinks were included into price. In November 2017 no drinks and no food was offered. There were some small problems with this company. As tickets was not emailed before to contact them by chat, was no possibility to make online booking. It's very pity that Driproavia is no longer operating! After Driproavia merged with WindRose ticket price quite increased.

Horrible
The plane from Ivano-Frankovsk was late by 30 minutes and the people from Dniproavia did not wait for us to connect the flight from Kiev to Sofia. Terribly disappointing. I would never travel in Ukraine and I will never use any poor servicea of their awful… See more airlines. Please beware because it might happen to you too!

Smallest Plane Ever?
Well, first of all, it was indeed the smallest plane I've ever been on. The ticket said I'd be flying Austrian Air, but then this happened. There were three seats per row. It was almost impossible for an adult to properly sit on a chair without either bumping… See more his head, or breaking his knee caps. Also, it was quite noisy. At times I thought that there was no isolation whatsoever. Furthermore, the restroom cabin is super small, and it smells awfully. I was flying for a competition in Kiev. I hadn't even reached it, and I already felt as miserable as if I'd lost. What's more, a friend of mine, and a fellow contestant had an accident with the crew. The plane was so small that the steward couldn't turn around without spilling juice on her. And then water he was bringing her to clean her jeans. Here, I believe it was not the steward's fault, but rather the plane's design. I hope the other planes are not such "adapted private jets".

Very good cheap & confortable flight
Very good plane (Embraer 145) even small, but very comfortable and with a good space between the seats row. The personnel is very friendly and the food they serve is decent. Very good beverages. I recommend for a cheap and comfortable flight

So far good experience
I didn't fly myself but my husband left with warm feeling towards this fly. There was no deley, no problem with check in. He received some food and drinks on the plane. Another nice aspect is that the luggage max. 20 kg is already included into the ticket… See more price. I mean so far, it was a good experience.
