About Bees Airline
Bees Airline was a Ukrainian low-cost carrier founded in 2019 and launched commercial operations in March 2021. It was a privately established airline focused on scheduled and charter passenger services. A consistent Boeing 737 fleet and a network built around popular leisure markets gave Bees Airline a relatively simple operating model. Its short history was disrupted by circumstances outside normal airline planning: leased aircraft were removed as security conditions deteriorated, and Ukrainian airspace closed following Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022. The airline stopped flying, and its operating certificate was revoked in July 2022 after it could no longer meet fleet requirements.
