Viva Aerobus is a Mexican low-cost airline founded in 2006. Its legal name is Viva, and it operates under the VB airline code. Disgrace
Actually, the flight was on June 24, but they sent an e-mail while we were going somewhere and we noticed the e-mail on the way to the airport. Many people did not know, and some of them had not even been sent an e-mail. There was a cocky staff at the counter,… See more we didn't care. hotel transfer everything was arranged but thanks to viva aerobus all was cancelled. We had to call the hotel at night. Fortunately, they took us on the plane the next day, but the seats we paid for are always different. We also had a weight problem. I can't explain how bad the flight was anyway.

Horrible Service- couldn’t even travel
I was supposed to travel with my son (13 years) and mother to Mexico. Waited in line for an hour and 30min for them to Let know that they have a new policy that requires that I need a notarized letter from my spouse they couldn’t wait 30 min for my husband to… See more come back to have the on call notary get the letter signed. I called the customer service line to let them know my issue and I asked if I can cancel or reschedule the flight they said unfortunately I would need to open a case and they would need to review. There is nothing to review! I am so disappointed. I am disputing with my credit card company as services not rendered. I did have a letter written from my son at the time of travel based on what the US gov website and they didn’t accept this. I even had my husband take a picture with my son with it.

I fly from Cancun to Monterey And back the day after for a business purpose I book a vip premium ticker that is what they call it In fact the only thing that provide is that your near the entrance the first 6 rows ...no leg room for tall persons or bigger seat… See more . Scam#1 There is a lot of flight attendant in the cabin 😳 but they Don t do any king of service during a 2.5 hours flight ..they past so fast with the galley that is amazing ... No in-flight service Scam#2 On my way back the morning after show up to the desk to pick up my boarding so call vip ticket ..surprise they give my seat away just like that no answer provide ..told me to go in a corner and wait Tha someone call me ....1 hour later in a none air conditioning Airport I start to wonder if I will miss my flight ...try to talk to the incharge (real joke unprofessional no communication ) finally I bought chocolate peanut and give to one of front desk agent and I was back in the game...can you belive that ...peanut are always good for 🐒. Scammers and Robbers
1st flight back in 2020 they cancelled our flight and refused to reschedule and we had to book a new flight at a different airport in Zacatecas. Second recent flight they charged us for extra luggage we did not have and also went through our luggage and stole… See more 3 tequila bottles each worth $100. To no surprise, the airline does not care. Not only that, the service is incredibly poor, airline staff being rude and also overpriced food. Avoid this airline at all costs

Don’t do it.
This was our only option for mazatlan and we regret terribly. Our flight has been delayed 2x at two diff airports including sleeping on the floor overnight at one airport. This airline is the worse.

WORST EXPERINCE EVER!!!!
Worst F*** service ever!!!!! My mother was flying, I booked this for her. I added wheelchair to her trip for her to be assisted. This was the very first time she decided to go along flying. To find out not only us but multiple people at lost since this airline… See more decided to close their windows to print out tickets 2 hours before the time. We knew this because we were told by the airport employees that's what they do this company tends to do that and not help customers with credit or reimbursement. After calling and over 45 on the phone they say its not our problem you flight is lost we cant do nothing about this!! Knowing you C** close the gates before the time specified. You are a piece of trash airline that steals from customers, YES STEAL!!! Because you false advertise for a full service which YOU DO NOT PROVIDE!! And when confronted the only answer is we do not know for sure you were there. When clearly multiple people were shocked like us when we found out they closed 2 hours before and still had displaying they were open and they had VOLARIS passengers instead. This is ridiculous of this company and the service they provide everything is trash and THIEFS!!!
