Punctual airline with limited network
This airline has been punctual when I have flown with them between Jinan and Taizhou/Luqiao. Flying time is normally also shorter than the scheduled time. You get a hot meal also in economy class

Excellent flight with first class service all around
I was concerned about flying on an airline that I hadn't heard of before but needed to make the trip--my fears were unfounded--the service was excellent all the way around, from the ticketing through the gate personnel--everyone was very professional and… See more courteous --on board the almost new Boeing 787 the flight attendants were as good as anyone could be --attentive, professional and friendly----on time departure and early arrival --very enjoyable
