About Royal Jordanian
Royal Jordanian is Jordan's national airline and a scheduled full-service carrier. It was founded in 1963 as Alia, beginning operations later that year, and adopted the Royal Jordanian name in 1986. The airline is majority-owned by the Jordanian government and uses its national identity prominently, serving both Jordan's international travel market and connecting passengers moving between regions.
The airline's primary hub is Queen Alia International Airport in Amman. Hello, I would highly recommend Omran Sami, flight attendant, he was very friendly, smiling during the whole flight, cooperative when something needed, and took care of passengers. Worst airflight ever!
I arrived 13 minutes late exactly at the airport, I was late because we had a flat tire on the road and we were driving all the way from Windsor to Montreal! Imagine 15 hr driving trip! The worst part of it is that they wouldn't let me in at check in, there… See more was no way to get in, and they weren't nice and they wouldn't cooperate even their managers they managed to call, disgusting behaviour and very bad customer service. It got even worse, they didn't even get me a refund, not even a partial one, they wanted me to pay $700 extra for a rescheduled flight couple days later!!! I ended up booking with Qatar Airways which wasn't my first time, and honestly best airways ever in all ways!!! FIRST AND LAST TIME WITH AIR JORDANIAN !!! If there was a (-) review points, not even 0, I would definitely give them.

Thieves operate in AMM baggage handling
Unfortunately we had a second phone ‘lifted’ from luggage after the bag had been checked in to the baggage handler AMMBAG. The phone was turned on in Madaba a few days after it was stolen and will be wiped thanks to Apple but we were really disappointed with… See more the reaction of airport services who keep questioning what happened. Disaster
Firstly, the flight back to Abu Dhabi was changed without notifying in advance, I called and changed all my plans. Secondly, I just landed now, came to attend a very important wedding on the same day, and my bag was left in Amman.Met tge Jordanian airways… See more customer service in the airport, and his answer was this can happen and it happened with you. I was looking at him surprised and I was really upset, all he can do, is just apologise instead of sharing his nonsense words.today is the wedding of my friends which I was going to attend, but it turns that all was full of stress and my suit and shoes which was supposed to be the outfit for this weddings will spend their time in Amman alone. Strongly the worst airline I ever used and never again...
