Very uncomfortable trips, seats and customer service. Flights cancelled or changed at short notice. Long waits before boarding. Not value for money. Save your time and money!!

The WORST Airline ever!!
This is by far the worst airline I have ever been on. While at the gate waiting to bored we were informed our flight will be delayed and they have no idea how long of a delay. And were only informed this 15 minutes before the flight was scheduled to take off.… See more Then all employees disappeared. 4 hours later we bored a plane for another company and found out from the flight crew that the airline intentionally did this in order to save money by putting 3 different flights on to one single flight because there were not enough passengers on the separate flights to make a profit. NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE!!!! Poor service old planes and very dirty.

The worst airline ever 😫,
they are liars un brofitional, rood, they delayed the trip 10 hours Without explanation. Where all employees where disappeard, the screen says final call but the gate not open , its not recommended at all.

Bad experience
So unprofessional, customer service is poor, employees are not well trained, in both headquarters and airport, i arrived 45 min before the departure time and the employee at the counter didn't let me go in saying that I am late, 45 min before take off is not… See more late, there was simply no employees at the airport to check me in saying they're all in the plan, while I didn't even have luggage... Maybe you need to hire more employees and not forget to train them well real well.

Amman- Antalya
First of all; the staff from amman were rude and unprofessional at all. I took my second dose on the 5th of july and my flight was on the 18th. They insisted that i do the PCR test because i didn’t complete 14 days and they told me the Turkish authorities are… See more strict regarding the 14 days rule. I was going to miss the the flight for this test and after arriving to turkey they didnt even ask me for the vaccine certificate or even the PCR TEST so basically i paid 100 USD for nothing and i didnt even have time to get a coffee from the airport. -The Aircraft is dirty and the chairs are not comfortable at all. - They need to check with the authorities of the destination before saying anything to the passengers. - the aircraft is like 30 years old and they definitely need new aircrafts. - The crew needs training on how to deal in a nice and professional way with passengers. - The only positive thing is the timing and schedule of the flights. Overall i will give it 2.5/10
