Very poor customer service and customer realations.
Himalaya Airlines has not responded to my request for refund for 9 months. I live and work in Kathmandu and booked a flight. Unfortunately, due to illness I had to cancel. I had a certified letter from my doctor and presented this to the staff at the office in… See more Kathmandu but was rudely told they couldn't help me. After repeated attempts to contact the company and even the owner, I have been ignored. There is no process or willingness to assist customers with concerns and requests for help. This is a budget/ charter airlines whose main business is transporting migrants from Kathmandu to other cities for work purposes. They do not attempt to provide services to tourists. Choose another airline.

Unprofessional, unethical and worst ever!
Flew from singapore to KL to catch Himalaya airlines on 21st to ktm. Got an email from airlines saying flight has been moved to 22nd just few hours before the original flight schedule. I was at the airport waiting. How is that even allowed. I came all the way… See more from another country to get the flight. where was i suppose to stay. They do not value importance of people’s time, money and urgency. I ended up buying another ticket with another airline to reach ktm for a meeting. Himalayan airlines did not even send an apology, let alone my refund. Worst ever airline. Unstable schedules. Worst customer service - when i called them, they did not acknowledge the problem i was in, they showed no empathy at all. Pathetic, unprofessional and inhumane!

After a very long flight I arrived at Dubai and I was expecting my flight to Kathmandu and then from there to Kuala Lumpur would be a breeze and boy I was wrong. They didn’t even provide me with a document for me to claim from insurance. A trash airline. While the ticket price is tempting but that money is as good as gone. NEVER BUY FROM THIS AIRLINE!!!
