About Air Dilijans
Air Dilijans was founded in late 2015 as Aircompany Armenia, a privately owned airline of the Republic of Armenia. It received the IATA code RM and ICAO code NGT in 2016, enabling it to begin international scheduled and charter services. The company later adopted the Air Dilijans identity while retaining its Armenian ownership and operational base.
The airline was based at Zvartnots International Airport in Yerevan. Its documented network connected Armenia with regional and international cities including Tbilisi, Tel Aviv, Moscow, Mineralnye Vody, Voronezh and Baghdad. The schedule was relatively small and changed over time, combining regular passenger routes with charter activity rather than maintaining the extensive year-round network of a larger flag carrier.
Air Dilijans operated narrow-body Boeing 737 aircraft, with Boeing 737-500 and Boeing 737-800 models appearing in the airline's official history. These aircraft were suited to short- and medium-haul international services. Cabin layouts and service levels depended on the aircraft and route, and travellers should not rely on archived seating or baggage information because the airline no longer maintains an active operating fleet.
Air Dilijans was not a member of Star Alliance, SkyTeam or Oneworld, and no proprietary frequent-flyer programme is reliably documented. Its independent status meant passengers generally did not receive the alliance-wide lounge access, through-ticketing or mileage benefits available on major network carriers. The airline's website also promoted access to certain Georgian Airways flights, but this did not amount to global-alliance membership.
The airline's modest scale once provided useful nonstop links from Armenia to several underserved markets. However, its lack of an aircraft led Armenia's Civil Aviation Committee to suspend its Air Operator Certificate in August 2024, and the certificate became invalid in February 2025. Air Dilijans therefore has no current scheduled network, and travellers encountering old schedules or booking pages should verify that another operating carrier is responsible for the flight.
