About SundAir
Sundair is a German leisure airline founded in 2016, with flight operations beginning in 2017. Legally incorporated as Sundair GmbH and headquartered in Stralsund, it operates scheduled holiday services as well as charter flights for tour operators. German tour operator Schauinsland-Reisen holds a majority interest, closely connecting the airline’s business to the package-holiday market.
Berlin Brandenburg is Sundair’s principal operational base, while Dresden and Bremen are also important departure airports. Its network focuses on leisure routes from Germany to Spain and the Canary Islands, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Egypt and Tunisia. Beirut is a distinctive scheduled destination within an otherwise holiday-oriented programme, and routes can vary substantially between summer and winter seasons.
Sundair operates a compact, all-Airbus narrow-body fleet comprising Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft. Flights are generally configured around an economy-class leisure product rather than a traditional multi-cabin full-service model. Good price-performance ratio
I traveled with this travel agency for the first time. Everything went smoothly. I have nothing to complain about. I'm tall and had plenty of legroom on the plane, which I appreciate. Otherwise, I'm an undemanding traveler, so I can't judge more.

Canceling flight without any reason
The flight was cancelled without any explanation being provided, resulting in financial loss due to the need to cancel associated bookings such as a rental car and hotel.

Best charter Airline for the price!
Sundair is probably the best Charter airline I have flown with. The planes are modern and comfortable and the legroom was quite good for a holiday airline, there are far worse! What should not be forgotten is the friendly cabin crew, they are doing a great job… See more and the pilots perform good landings! Moreover, the flight was on time and there was no problem with lost baggage or similar, everything went quick and professional as it should be. Of course it's not a service airline like Lufthansa (no food etc) but that doesn't really matter because Sundair is a charter airline which flies you from A to B. If you want service then pay a bit more for Condor but I would say better stay with Sundair, the flights are quite cheap compared to other airlines of the charter class. What I recommend to make the airline even better: - Free bottle of water and eventually a little snack (e.g. chocolate), that would be really appreciated. Also, maybe increase the variety of inflight purchases. - Online Check-In. Seems like many passengers are missing this feature so it might be useful since other airlines offer this already. Other than that, Sundair is a great airline and I will definitely choose you again. Hopefully there will also be some more routes out of Kassel as well as more flights on existing routes, e.g. The Kassel-Hurghada route was booked out in summer so there might be some space for 1-2 additional flights per week next year.

Schlechter geht es nicht
There is nothing worst than this airline. Starting with their customer Service, and their very rude employees. They do not wanna do anything, very unhelpful! Even then online website is the worst ever! - You cannot really log in and change your booking. They… See more make plenty of mistakes, but you never can hear them apologizing. Each time I fly with them I have the impression that it cannot get worst, but magically it always gets worst!

Disaster airline
This airline is a catastrophe, my review of it is ACTUALLY 0. The planes are old, seats are clunky, the food tray in front of the seat is very loose and falls out by itself. Due to COVID-19 the smart airline decided to dedicate one of the two toilets only to… See more the crew, and have a SINGLE toilet for 300 passengers for a 4-hour flight. So that the misery does not end here, the only reason I booked this airline was because of the direct flight from Kos to Berlin. But no! The airline decided to have a detour and fly from Kos to Dresden and then from Dresden to Berlin, without informing anyone of this. If I wanted to take a flying "bus" that stops on its way to the final destination I would have looked for something lie that that should be much cheaper. In PANDEMIC time, I booked direct flight because I wanted to absolutely minimize the time inside the plane which I share with 300 other people. But no! Sundair decided to keep us 4 hours in a plane for a trip that should be 3 hours. AVOID IT BY ALL COSTS. Not even water is provided in the plane or basic snack, you must pay for everything. Although the crew seems friendly, one cabin crew move through the cabin like bulldozers and hitting passengers in the aisle seats, all the time. One cabin crew member even did not want to speak to a passenger if it is not in German language, because her English was bad. Hellloooo 21st century and international passengers..... The passenger afterwards spoke German, but this is not acceptable. No in-flight entertainment whatsoever. Customer service via email 0. Speedy reply of emails in generic format actually 10/10 (no value in the email context at all). Dirty plane, dirty compartments, dirt under the seats and around from the previous passengers. No value for money. If something is cheaper does not mean that you should be treated in a lesser way, this is based on business model not on other normal "civilized" factors for flying. Check-in was just ok, nothing spectacular, nothing friendly, just grumpy employees that could be annoyed of many things working the whole day at the airport. As I used 2 flights, Berlin to Kos, and Kos-Dresden-Berlin, the first plane was antique from airberlin with horrible leg space and everything else pretty much horrible, the second plane was refurbed plane on the outside only from Germania. Also old and in bad condition. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Never again!
Worst customer service ever! I paid 50€ for a Covid19 test, which was not necessary because I was vaccinated. After tons of calls and emails Sundair refused to pay me back! Never again!
