Worst experience
To start with, our family has flown with more than 8 different airlines in the span of 20 years, and we have never seen anything like this before. Over the course of 2 months, we flew with SkyUp airlines three times. The first two flights were to and from… See more Hurghada. When we boarded the plane, we were surprised by the small legroom. Even as someone who is 1.55m tall, it was difficult for me to sit through the 5-hour-long flight. The plane appeared old and was really loud. Around 1.5 hours into the flight, I woke up because my head, hands, and legs were freezing. When my father asked for a blanket, they inquired if we were cold and informed us that there were no blankets on board. Other passengers were also complaining about the cold. They increased the temperature slightly, making it a bit warmer. No food or water was offered to us, even though free water on board was advertised. On the return flight, we were more prepared and wore our coats and two pairs of socks each. Again, there was no legroom, it was cold, impossible to fall asleep due to uncomfortable seats, and no food or water provided. The third flight was from Antalya. Initially, we were told we would fly with TailWind airlines, so we were disappointed to see a SkyUp airplane. This time it was the Shakhtar model. At first, the airplane looked nice and new, but we soon realized that the seats were even more uncomfortable than the ones on the flights to and from Hurghada. It was uncomfortable to sit without bending our necks or backs in awkward positions. Before and during takeoff, as well as the first half of the flight, it was so hot that people used the safety instructions as makeshift fans. It was impossible to fall asleep due to uncomfortable seats and lack of legroom. After 1.5 hours, it became so cold that we had to retrieve the jackets we had stowed away at the beginning of the flight. It seems that SkyUp can't regulate the temperature properly. Once again, there were no blankets on board. People were freezing, and at some point, 6 or 7 people were standing because the seats were too unbearable to sit in. After enduring 3.5 unbearable hours in uncomfortable seats and a cold airplane, we finally landed. When we literally hit the ground, the entire plane groaned as the landing gear hit the ground hard, and the captain braked abruptly. During these flights, the crew can speak English or Russian. However, they prefer speaking English, but their English is really difficult to understand. Out of 2 or 3 sentences, I could only make out a few words here and there. Upon landing, SkyUp thanked us for choosing their services. If it were up to us, we wouldn't use them again.

Worst service and no punctuality
Both flight from and to Vilnius where delayed due to some airplain defect.. on almost 3hours, other 1.5h. thats not surprising when you see the airplain. Very old and loud. Note that there is no option on board to buy something, you can have only water. 5hour… See more flight on “woden” chair, no beverages and legroom is okay only for children, I guess. Worst night flight in my life.

Does collaboration with this company is a charity work?
Why on earth people are having more than a 5 hour flight and airline doesn't provide any type of food? Besides the only drink they offer is water. I've never seen anything like that before. And the most absurd part is that there is not even a possibility to… See more buy food or not even a snack myself. I understand the intention behind giving a chance to ukrainian businesses during this time but then please at least make sure that the service of an airline is not below bare minimum.

canceled the flights without any refund
They canceled the flights 59KN6N and refused to refund the money .. AVOID THIS SCAM FRAUD airline. They offer to keep the amount in their site in different currency and they offer no any other flights, complete cheating
