Useless Airline ever, dont waste your money
Customer services team suck real bad, only want your money and dont want to help you afterwards. Tried to discuss re: customers who were caught pre-covid19 last year March 2020, they dont care, they only force customers to pay the difference of fares every… See more year while their Govt canx flights, a real ripoff. Stay away from this useless outfit, go to a reputable company who knows how to listen and not give you a "rinse and repeat" crap on their email replies.

Good Service overall
Samoan airways is small international airline operated by the Samoan government. Currently Malindo airline is operating all their international routes. The cabin crew were very helpful and friendly. The food was good. The best onboard atmosphere in a long time
It was operated by a Polynesian airline so the pilots and the staff were not Samoan. However, the ground staff and some of the onboard staff were Samoan. Surprisingly pleasant flights
