About Jeju Air
Jeju Air is a South Korean low-cost airline founded in 2005 and named after Jeju Island, one of the country’s leading leisure destinations. It began scheduled operations in 2006 and is associated with the Aekyung business group, commonly known as AK Group. The carrier helped establish the low-cost model in South Korea, offering unbundled fares aimed primarily at leisure travellers and price-conscious passengers.
Seoul is Jeju Air’s busiest departure point, while Jeju remains central to its identity and domestic network. Worst customer service
There is no way of reaching customer service for Jeju air from the USA via phone and if I try the chat, they’re never available. Their airplanes are so small and don’t even provide free movies or a screen at all. All food and water has to be separately paid… See more for. Worst airline I’ve EVER flown with!!

Angry with their deceptive practices
Travelling with my significant other came 2h early to be told they have no adjoining seats. The rest of our group (under the same reservation) came 15 minutes later to get 4 adjoining seats. 0/10 stars.

Diverted
The plane was diverted from Busan to Incheon due to bad weather. After going through customs and waiting it was over 3 hours before a bus arrived to take us to the original destination. Each time we asked it was ‘20 minutes away’ so this meant no time to grab… See more food. The journey on a bus then took over 5 hours with no bathroom on it. Including over 2 hour flight that was 10 hours with no food. Terrible experience! Avoid this airline

Comfortable flight to Jeju
My flight with AirAsia to Incheon was delayed, uncomfortable and packed. I was expecting another unpleasant flight to my destination in Jeju. It was a blustery stormy and snowing at the Jeju airport when the flight arrives but the flight through out was… See more smooth. The cabin was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. I was able to choose my seat online. The flight out was also efficient and fast at check in, counter and during flight. I will definitely choose JejuAir for my next trip to Jeju Island.

Value for money
Away and return flights departed on time. No free meals and drinks (as mentioned during the booking process) Self assigning seats costs only a couple of dollars but is worth it. Clean and well maintained cabins with average legspace. No inflight entertainment… See more present. On the returnflight the groundstaff at Saipan was very helpfull and managed to label our luggage through all the way to Amsterdam. By the way, luggage is free up to 30KG. A big sellingpoint to me. I would book again with this airline. Such a better flight than the last year with Asiana.

Baggage transfer
I'd like to compliment the gate agents and ground crew in assisting my wife and on September 1st on flt#2308 .We'd been given some misinformation at the information ticket kiosk located just outside the customs area in regards to having our transferred to our… See more next flight. Im a recently retired flight attendant/ service manager from AA and flew international for 46 years and was always aware that transiting passengers must claim their luggage before boarding the next flight. The information desk assured us thar our baggage would be transferred automatically and made a call to Jeju to assure the bags would be transferred, however 30 minuets prior to the flight we were told that we hadn't claimed our luggage and would have to stay until the the next departure onthe following day. I explained what the information had provided us and was quite upset. However your staff went beyond measure and said only one piece might arrive which was my wifes. However upon our arrival in Manila both pieces had arrived and delivered to us at hlthe baggage carasal. Thank you the extraordinary service. It was greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Timothy Johnson
