About FlyEgypt
FlyEgypt is a privately owned Egyptian airline founded in 2014 and launched operations in 2015. It operates under the FlyEgypt brand and serves both scheduled passengers and charter customers. Its business model combines regular regional services with flights arranged for tour operators, pilgrimage travel and other seasonal demand, so its published network can change more frequently than that of a large network carrier.
Cairo International Airport is FlyEgypt’s principal operating base, while Egyptian leisure gateways such as Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh also feature prominently in its operations. An ok experience
In January 2023 flew Madrid-Luxor, Aswan-Cairo and Cairo-Madrid with them. Planes were old, and you realise this when your ears pop much more than in modern aeroplanes. Legroom Ryanair standard. Service was ok to good. Delay on Aswan-Cairo leg of several… See more hours. All our bags arrived safely on all flights. They were charter flights, so there was food and it was actually quite good. So don’t be put off by all the bad reviews. It can be more than ok.

No service, No information
Flere with FlyEgypt From Copenhagen to Sharm and back. We were delayed out of Copenhagen and on the way back via Billund (flown by Nile Air) we got delayed once again. The crew were asked several times and by several passengers to inform us about what was… See more going on. The passengers that got up and asked ad crew member was informed - no information was given to the cabin on the PA system. During the flights the crew were standoffish and seemed that they didn’t want to provide a minimum of service. Never flying Fly Egypt again if at all avoidable

Terrible
A disgusting flight company, the trip was late for 6 hours without any notice , the smell of the aeroplane was awful , the crew was grumpy Don’t recommend at all

very very bad . i lost my bag and no reply till now

Better than Smartiwings
It is normal charter flight. You will not earn nothng on the board but it is normale on charter flights. I am sure that it is better that smartwings.

No problems whatsoever
You just go to your seat, sit in it, fly to your destination except you have more legroom and are left in peace to read, sleep etc without endless tannoy announcements,duty free,scratch cards etc, trolleys blocking aisle, queues for toilets and vomitous stink… See more of airline food. Also gives some passengers five hours of sobering up. Cabin crew give you a drink of water, are presentable and professional.
