Flybosnia has never issued my refund!
My booking for April 2020 was cancelled due to covid-19. Since then, I was reassured number of timer that I will get my money back in couple of months. It’s July 2022 and still nothing. I don’t think I will ever see my money again.

Never had a refund for thir flight cancelation
The flight was canceled in March 20 due to the pandemic. They could not offer open tickets for the same destination as they stopped operating on this route. I requested a refund in March 20. Now it is May 21 and I still did not get my money back. I contacted… See more them a lot of times through email and calls, all they say is I am on the list. Still on the list after 14 months!!!!

Very Useful
My family is Bosnian and we live in the UK. I usually go to Bosnia 3x a Year. I always have to connect, and it always wastes my time. When I found out Flybosnia was starting flights to London, I immediately checked the tickets and they were very pricey. I… See more waited a bit and they had changed their prices to €90 ( with only a hand carry on). For a checked bag it was €121 euros. And for 2 checked pieces of checked baggage, it's around €160. Our flight was delayed by an hour, due to the weather a Sarajevo. We got on the plane and it was clean, tidy and comfortable. When we were at our cruising altitude. The crew started serving drinks and snacks ( which are free). I got a Turkish coffee and some chocolate biscuits and Some peanuts. We started our descent and landed smoothly. Overall experience was good, would definitely fly with them again. Though there are still some improvements needed. Eg: Customer Service

Did not get refund for the cancelled flight 4 months ago
They have cancelled our return route of the flight and we have chosen the refund option. That was in january. Refund Process
They cancelled flight and after that offered opened ticket, when I ask for request they avoided refund my money insistently, I have been waiting more than 3 weeks about refund , they just e-mail me and they are really appreciate for my understanding!!!
