Fly2Sky
A Bulgarian ACMI and charter airline providing Airbus A320-family capacity to airlines and tour operators, with operations that vary according to customer contracts.
About Fly2Sky
Fly2Sky is a privately owned Bulgarian airline established in 2017 and headquartered in Sofia. Although some legacy records associate its identifiers with the former Faroese carrier FaroeJet, the present-day Fly2Sky operation is Bulgarian and has a distinct corporate identity. Its principal business is supplying aircraft, crews, maintenance and insurance under ACMI agreements, alongside charter flying for tour operators and other clients.
Sofia is Fly2Sky’s home base and main corporate centre, but the airline does not operate a conventional hub-and-spoke network under its own brand. Aircraft may be stationed at customer bases across Europe and other regions for a season or contract period. Consequently, the airports, routes and countries served can change considerably, and many flights are marketed by the airline or holiday company hiring Fly2Sky.
The carrier operates narrow-body aircraft from the Airbus A320 family, including A320 and A321 variants. These aircraft are suited to short- and medium-haul services and are generally configured with a single economy-class cabin, although seating, catering and other onboard details can depend on the client airline or charter programme. Travellers should therefore check the selling carrier’s booking information rather than assume a uniform Fly2Sky product.
Fly2Sky is not a member of Star Alliance, SkyTeam or Oneworld and does not maintain a widely established frequent-flyer programme of its own. When it operates a flight on behalf of another airline, mileage earning, status benefits, lounge access and priority services are governed by that airline’s programme and fare rules. The flight may retain the customer airline’s flight number even when Fly2Sky supplies the aircraft and crew.
A key strength of Fly2Sky’s model is its flexibility: it can provide airlines with additional capacity during busy seasons, fleet shortages or operational disruptions. For passengers, the main challenge is that the experience can differ from one assignment to another, especially in areas such as seat selection, baggage handling, catering and onboard branding. The airline named on the ticket remains the best source for current service and disruption information.

Flying with Fly2Sky — what to expect
Check the Operator
Fly2Sky commonly flies on behalf of another airline, so the aircraft and crew may differ from the brand shown prominently during booking. The operating carrier is normally identified in the itinerary or during checkout.
Baggage Rules Vary
Cabin and checked-baggage allowances are usually set by the airline or tour operator selling the ticket. Review that company’s rules because Fly2Sky does not offer one universal passenger baggage policy across all contracts.
Service Depends on Contract
Meals, drinks, seat selection and other onboard services can vary by customer and route. Use the selling carrier’s preflight information for the most relevant details.
Loyalty Credit
Fly2Sky has no widely established loyalty programme of its own. Points and elite benefits may still apply when a customer airline sells the flight, subject to its programme and fare conditions.
Changing Route Network
As an ACMI and charter operator, Fly2Sky can reposition aircraft between customer bases and seasonal programmes. Do not rely on an older route map when planning a trip.

FAQ
Fly2Sky — frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the details travellers usually check first, from codes and locations to the practical basics that help with planning.
8 common questions
- Fly2Sky operates short- and medium-haul services for airline and tour-operator customers. Its destinations vary by contract and season, so the airline does not maintain a stable scheduled network comparable with a traditional network carrier.
- There is no single dependable destination count because Fly2Sky’s network changes with ACMI assignments and charter programmes. Current itineraries should be checked through the airline or tour operator selling the flight.
- Originfacts compares live fares from hundreds of airlines and travel agencies via its partner Travelpayouts and never adds a fee. Fly2Sky-operated services may appear under the airline or travel company marketing the flight.
- Carry-on limits generally follow the rules of the airline or tour operator that sold the ticket. Check the booking confirmation for the applicable dimensions, weight allowance and number of cabin bags.
- Fly2Sky does not publish a stable scheduled network with a permanent longest route. Its longest assignment can change as aircraft move between ACMI and charter contracts.
- Because Fly2Sky frequently operates flights sold by other airlines and tour operators, fares depend on the company marketing the service. Comparing flexible dates and booking outside peak holiday periods can improve the chances of finding a lower price.
- Fly2Sky is headquartered and based in Sofia, Bulgaria, but its ACMI and charter model means it has no conventional scheduled-airline hub. Aircraft may operate from customer bases elsewhere during individual contracts.
- Sofia is Fly2Sky’s home base, but departure activity often shifts to airports used by its customer airlines. The busiest departure points can therefore change between operating seasons and contracts.
