About Buzz
Buzz is a Polish low-cost airline founded in 2017 as Ryanair Sun. The carrier began operations in 2018 and adopted the Buzz name in 2020, reviving a brand previously used by another Ryanair-owned airline. It is wholly owned by Ireland-based Ryanair Holdings and operates with a Polish air operator certificate, despite incorrect directory data sometimes associating its codes with the United Kingdom’s Royal Air Force.
